We spoke with Flickr and they confirmed that Flickr members will continue to be able to print photos through PhotoBox (please note only Flickr Pro members have access to their high-resolution original images). We believe that’s great news for our shared community members. At PhotoBox we see ourselves as a community powered business and offering our services to Flickr Pro members is another example of another feature, made by you, our community. On this note, we’d like to thank our friends at Flickr for their openness and willingness to work with us.

this is fantastic news,im a flickr pro and photobox pro user so this is great,i also look forward to some quality prints from photobox.
their current print company are what i consider to be useless, maybe thats why the famous camera brand left them high and dry.
Good to hear – but it’s a pity you *still* haven’t fixed your upload section to allow uploading of files from private sets…. :S
Well done guys!
hummm I am confused….
When I check order prints when I am at my photostream at flickr I only see the option of going with the “other” printing company that flickr has recently partnered with.
How do I order prints of my uploads at flickr from photobox? I am a pro user.

Hi Tammy
It sounds like you’re using the button within Flickr, which links to the new partnership they have with Snapfish.
To import your Flickr photos in to PhotoBox then log in to your PhotoBox account and click on ‘Upload’ in the top navigation bar. From there choose the Flickr tab, and follow the steps through to import your photos.
If you get stuck, drop the team an email at info@photobox.co.uk and one of the guys will be able top help you out.

So delighted that the flickr upload functionality has been put back on. Well done Flickr & Photobox for making this happen! Mark a victory for web community openness!
